MEMBERSHIP offers benefits to our supporters

• First, the opportunity to make free visits to the Mansion on Open Days as often as you wish each year.
•  Plus one members can bring a guest free on any visit (it need not be the same guest each time).
•  Members with children under 16 can bring up to 2 children in free on visits.

(We reserve the right to charge members admission to special events).

• Secondly, we endeavour to hold an event for members each year – e.g. a talk, a visit, opening of the refurbished bat observatory, and we usually have drinks and refreshments. Sometimes we ask our volunteers to come along too, so you have the chance to meet them.
• We also offer a 10% reduction on shop goods and if you wish, we will refund the NT car park fee.

• You’ll receive three editions of the Mansion Journal each year – a publication for members and volunteers which tells you what’s going on, offers insights into the amazing building, and a historical perspective.

•  The Mansion is an amazing and important heritage building. Your support will help ensure its survival so everyone, now and in the future, can learn from it.

• The Mansion Trust is kept going by the tremendous hard work of our very small staff, our trustees and the volunteers. You’ll have the feel-good factor of helping them.

MEMBERSHIP…

offers a halfway house between just visiting and becoming a volunteer. It makes you more involved, and enables you to find out lots more about the Mansion. If you  live too far away to volunteer with us, or are not able to volunteer for any reason, membership keeps you in touch in depth – almost from your sofa!

MEMBERSHIP helps the Mansion Trust too…

•  It provides a regular income stream for running expenses
• It provides a pool of supporters who may be able to offer occasional help, or have expertise in a specific area to assist when needed.
